Usama Ebrahim

Usama Ebrahim has extensive work experience in the IT field. Usama is currently working as the Head of IT at Continental Biscuits Limited. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Information Officer at Unity Foods Limited, where they led and enhanced the company's overall technology, applications, and services portfolio. During their tenure, they implemented multiple SAP modules and recruited and built a high-performing IT team. Before joining Unity Foods Limited, Usama worked at RB as an Information Technology Lead, where they managed IT solutions, infrastructure, and services for RB Hygiene Home. Usama also delivered business solutions and insights initiatives using analytics and business intelligence platforms. Prior to RB, they worked at Marie Stopes International as the Head of Business Applications & Governance and later as the Head of Information Services for a UKAID project. Usama effectively managed IS teams and implemented application and process standardization initiatives. Usama also has significant experience working at Reckitt Benckiser, where they held various roles such as IT Infrastructure Solutions Lead, Country Manager IT Systems & L3 Support, IT Infra & Service Management Lead, and Systems Engineer. In these roles, they successfully led large-scale technology projects, managed service desks and data center operations, provided L3 support, and ensured the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and services.

Usama Ebrahim completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Greenwich University from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce & Economics from Karachi University from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in COBIT 4.1, ITIL V3 Foundation, MCSE, Project Management Professional (PMP), and TOGAF 9.
