Timothy Shook has extensive experience in various leadership and operational roles primarily within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Continental Automotive Group since May 2004, Timothy has also held positions as Director of Information Technology and Director of Marketing & Internet Sales within the same organization. Previous experience includes Service Director at First Texas Honda, where notable accomplishments include recognition as one of ten Honda President's Award Elite Dealerships in 2018 and achieving the top rank for customer pay service labor sales and multi-point inspections in subsequent years. Timothy's earlier career spans roles in internet sales and marketing across several dealerships, and a foundational experience in technology and product support at Best Buy. Timothy holds degrees in Finance and Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
