Neddhe Mahajan

Neddhe Mahajan is a seasoned professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Continental Device India Pvt. Ltd. since September 2023. Previously, Neddhe held the position of Chief People Officer and Head of Operations at Scouto, an automotive tech start-up, until November 2022. Neddhe has also worked as an Independent Consultant, focusing on career coaching and business strategy from March 2019 to August 2021, and as Senior Manager of Sales at MWG, leading sales efforts for CarToq. Earlier experience includes serving as a Corporate Recruiter at Holisol Logistics, where Neddhe provided recruitment consulting for international freight forwarding clients. Neddhe holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Himachal Pradesh University.
