Charlie Rodriguez

Charlie Rodriguez is an experienced sales and quality management professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Continental Disc Corporation since May 2021, Rodriguez has previously held similar regional sales management roles at Curtiss Wright-Industrial Valve Group and ZOOK Enterprises, among others. Earlier in the career, quality management positions were held at Meteor Sealing Systems and Carlisle Engineered Products, where responsibilities included overseeing ISO9000/TS16949 compliance. Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University and has foundational education from Kent State University and Revere High School.
