Rick Marder

Rick grew up in the electrical business and began working full time in 1983 for the family business, Alfred Engineering, Inc. After Continental acquired Alfred in 1990, Rick joined CECCo. Throughout his career, he has worked in many facets of the business, including estimating, engineering, project management, sales engineering, and executive management. Rick understands how to blend the technical side of our business with the people side. He built, organized, and empowered our Skokie electrical group to respond to our demanding industry. When we moved to our Oakbrook headquarters in 2012, Rick became the leader for all construction operations.
