Bba Terrance Baker

Terrance Baker, BBA, currently serves as an Ethics Officer and Talent Development Administrator at Continental Electronics Corporation since August 2023. In addition, Terrance holds the position of Marketing Director at World Financial Group since August 2021 and works as a Catering Specialist at Happy Feelins Catering since September 2019. Prior to these roles, Terrance dedicated over 16 years to the US Navy as a Navy Human Resources professional, specializing in counseling, recruiting, and retention, and also served as a training supervisor. Academically, Terrance is pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at Northwood University, where a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an Associate of Arts degree in Management have also been obtained, along with an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Vincennes University.
