Xiaowen Bi

Xiaowen Bi is an experienced Engineering Project Manager at Continental Engineering Services, overseeing a software update team for a leading UK automotive OEM since March 2022, with a focus on seamless over-the-air software updates. Prior to this role, Xiaowen served at Continental as Tire IT CRM Application Manager and Technical Project Manager, leading teams to develop web and mobile applications for global B2B e-commerce tire customers and leveraging expertise in ITSM. Xiaowen began as an IT Graduate Trainee with a two-year assignment in Germany and the US, and earlier experience includes consulting for the Chinese Business Students & Alumni Association and serving as Vice President of Business Development with AIESEC. Xiaowen holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology & International Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Xiamen University.
