The Leadership Team at Continental Engineering Services (CES) is responsible for steering the company towards its strategic goals by overseeing major initiatives in automotive electronics, drive and chassis technology, and electrical mobility. The team ensures the integration of Continental’s extensive technology resources while maintaining the agility of smaller engineering units. They manage high-level operations, drive innovation, foster market expansion, and coordinate the development and execution of product strategies across Europe, America, and Asia.
