Alek Lekic

Alek Lekic currently serves as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Ria Money Transfer, overseeing global technical recruitment across the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions since May 2023. In this role, Alek has revitalized the talent acquisition strategy and successfully led a global team, hiring over 70 technical professionals. Prior to this, Alek held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Ria Money Transfer, where similar achievements were realized, alongside the expansion of tech hubs in Europe and South America. Alek's experience includes a role as a Technical Recruiter at Amazon, leading recruitment initiatives for key business units while mentoring fellow recruiters. Earlier, Alek was a Senior Program Manager at Marketing Solutions, improving project delivery timelines and team productivity. Alek's educational background includes a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Laws from Sinergija University.
