Sarah Bernhardi

Sarah Bernhardi is an accomplished Chief Customer Officer with extensive experience in the financial technology sector, currently holding positions at Dandelion Payments, Ria Money Transfer, and XE.com since 2022 and 2019, respectively. Prior to these roles, Sarah served as Commercial Director at OFX from April 2016 to May 2019 and as Customer Care Director at Miele from January 2007 to December 2011. Sarah's career began at IBM, where significant contributions were made as Vice President of Worldwide Customer Support Operations from March 1999 to May 2007, notably during the acquisition of Micromuse in 2006.
