Rachel Giani

Rachel Giani started their work experience in 2007 as a Staff Attorney at the Texas Department of Insurance. In 2011, they were promoted to Director, Office of Financial Counsel at the same company. Rachel worked in that position until 2013. In 2016, Giani joined Winstead PC as Of Counsel and worked there until 2021. Rachel is currently working at Continental General as the General Counsel & SVP.

Rachel Giani attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law.
