Matt Curtis

Vice President at Continental Real Estate Companies, Inc.

Matt began his career in commercial construction in 1978. Over his career, he worked in various field supervision and project management capacities and eventually owned his own large commercial subcontracting company. He joined CBC in 1995 and now serves as Vice President of CBC’s Pittsburgh office. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and oversight of all projects managed from the Pittsburgh office.

Matt has led their regional office and teams to successfully complete many notable and complex projects, including the $300 million Waterfront development in Homestead, PA; a LEED-gold new corporate headquarters for CONSOL Energy in Canonsburg, the North Shore developments in Pittsburgh, UBER’s Advanced Technology Center, The Distrikt Hotel, and three phases of student housing at Penn State, to name a few.
