David N. Hoyle

David joined Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) in 2017 as a Regional Portfolio Manager in the Multifamily Division. In his current role, David is responsible for overseeing the management and daily operations of multiple communities throughout Maryland. Prior to joining CRC, David spent 16 years managing residential and mixed-use communities for Home Properties, Morgan Properties, and Archstone-Smith. David is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and an active member of the Maryland Multi-Housing Association’s Legislative Committee.
