Dinstein began their career in 1997 as an analyst at InterEquity Capital Partners, L.P. Josh then moved to Continental Realty Corporation in 2001 as a senior financial analyst in their M&A group.
In 2004, Dinstein left Continental Realty Corporation to join Kimco Realty Corporation as a portfolio manager. Josh remained with Kimco until 2011 when they rejoined Continental Realty Corporation in their current role.
