Stephen M. Roenick

Steve joined Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) in 2015. He coordinates all acquisition financings, manages and refinances existing CRC loans, and oversees all income tax reporting activity. Prior to CRC in public accounting, Steve focused on income tax compliance and planning for high net worth individuals and families, as well as financial statement preparation in a variety of industries. Steve is a Certified Public Accountant, has a B.S. in Accounting from Towson University, and has an M.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland.
