Grady Lyle has a diverse work experience in various managerial positions. Grady started their career in 2000 at Masco Cabinetry, where they worked their way up to become the Production/Operations Manager. During their time at Masco, they focused on retaining national homebuilder accounts by delivering high-quality products. In 2007, they joined American Woodmark as a Production Support Manager, holding various positions such as Production Supervisor, Materials Supervisor, Materials Manager, and Production Support Manager. In this role, they supervised and managed a team of 125 employees, ensuring target metrics in safety, quality, delivery, and cost were achieved. Grady currently holds the position of Project Manager at Continental Refining Company of Southern Kentucky since 2023.

Grady Lyle completed their Associate of Arts degree in Business from Miami Dade College between 1987 and 1989. Grady then went on to earn their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University, which they completed between 1989 and 1994. In addition to their degrees, Grady also obtained certifications such as Six Sigma Yellow Belt from American Woodmark in May 2017 and Lean Certified Practitioner from American Woodmark Corporation in June 2016.
