Kate Beavin

Kate Beavin has extensive experience in talent management and leadership development. Kate currently serves as the Director of Talent Management at Continental Resources, where they have held both the managerial and directorial roles. Prior to their current position, Kate was the President of Fast Track Talent Development, LLC. Kate has also worked as the Director of Learning and Development at Kimray, Inc, Vice President, Senior Talent Development, and Leadership Consultant at Bank of Oklahoma, Director of Training and Development at Chesapeake Energy, and Director of Leadership Development at Cox Communications. Kate'swork experience spans over two decades, showcasing their expertise in talent development and leadership.

Kate Beavin holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Adult and Higher Education, Training and Development from the University of Oklahoma, which they obtained from 1998 to 1999. Kate also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Marketing, French, and German from Dublin City University, completed from 1988 to 1992.
