Charnita K. Williams

Charnita K. Williams has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Charnita K. began their career at Ford Motor Company in 1993, where they served in different positions, including National Advertising Brand Manager and Sales Operations Manager. In 2003, they joined Mars Inc. / Mars Drinks Division, where they held positions such as National Sales Manager and Global Sales Capabilities Director. In 2016, they transitioned to Continental, where they currently hold the position of Vice President. Throughout their career, Charnita has demonstrated a strong focus on business development, strategic partnerships, and new market expansion.

Charnita K. Williams has a diverse education history. Charnita K. obtained a Diploma with a business concentration from Pender High School in 1988. Following that, they attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 1990 to 1993 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Later, they pursued their Masters of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Wayne State University, graduating between 1998 and 2000.

In addition to their academic achievements, Charnita holds a ServSafe Food Safety Certification from the National Restaurant Association, which they obtained in June of 2012.
