Don Conte

National Account Liaison at Continental Services

Don Conte has a diverse work experience spanning several industries including foodservice and beverage. Don started their career as a Territory Sales Manager at Frito Lay in 2003, where they implemented sales and promotional strategies to optimize sales growth. In 2005, they joined PepsiCo as a Strategic Account Manager, providing expertise and direction to achieve sales and merchandising objectives. Don later became a Vend Market Development Manager, managing territories and accounts in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio.

In 2012, Conte transitioned to PepsiCo Foodservice as a Key Account Manager - Beverage, executing selling strategies and creating sales proposals for accounts like Canteen, Aramark, and Restaurant Depot. Don then became a Foodservice Sales Senior Representative at PepsiCo, demonstrating their competitive sales and merchandising skills in expanding markets through broker/distributor networks and personal efforts.

In 2020, Conte joined Bang Energy as the Foodservice Division Director North, overseeing communication of strategic priorities, merchandising standards, and sales progress. Don also coached distributors and key account managers to align towards common goals. Within two years, they transformed the base revenue from $0 to $4 million.

In 2022, they established Conte Consulting LLC and worked as an RSG National Account Liaison until 2023. Currently, in 2023, Conte is employed at Continental as a National Account Liaison.

Don Conte attended Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts from 1979 to 1981, where they obtained an Associates degree in Broadcasting. Don later pursued further education at Devry from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelors degree in Sales & Marketing.
