Kathryn Anderson has a diverse work experience in the food service and hospitality industry. Kathryn started their own business, Sweet Kathy's, LLC, in 2010, specializing in dessert tables for various events and providing excellent customer service. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Food Service Worker and Assistant to the Pastry Chef at Birmingham Country Club, where they managed orders, food preparation, and delivery, as well as provided strong customer service. From 2016 to 2018, Kathryn was the Manager of Overlook at Oakland University, responsible for managing the facility, inventory, and providing exceptional customer service to members. In 2019, they interned at Continental: Dining • Refreshment Services • Events in the HR department.
