Rita Weber has over 30 years of executive management experience in the wireless communications industry. Prior to founding Continental Wireless, she served as VP of Sales at PageCom which merged with Bear Communications to become BearCom in 1998.

With over 20 years of experience leading Continental Wireless Inc, Rita has focused her strategic expertise in the wireless communications industry as a whole, adding DAS/BDA, Video Surveillance and Analytics to her portfolio. Keeping up with industry standards ensures that Continental Wireless delivers the right solutions, to meet ever-evolving customer needs. Rita’s core strength and focus has been sales management and marketing, focusing on continued growth and building customer retention through organic processes.
