Lukas Hauke

Lukas Hauke is an experienced professional in the field of environmental strategy and quality management, currently serving as the Manager of Group Environmental Strategy at Continental since September 2018. In this role, Lukas is responsible for introducing and implementing projects aimed at achieving Continental’s environmental goals. Prior to this position, Lukas participated in the Corporate Quality Graduate Trainee program, where various international assignments were undertaken, including leading a project in Guadalajara, Mexico, aimed at reducing mechanical damages during manufacturing, and supporting ASPICE-related activities in Yokohama, Japan. Earlier experience includes internships and roles in process and quality management at DB Regio AG and DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH, as well as quality assurance and project management internships at Solibro GmbH and juwi Holding AG. Lukas holds a Master of Engineering degree in Energy, Building Services, and Environmental Engineering from HTWK Leipzig and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management from Justus Liebig University Giessen.
