Mary Reardon is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of Global People Services and overseeing various HR operations at Continental since January 2018, Mary has previously held significant roles, including Director of Recruiting at Great Expressions Dental Centers and Director of Global Human Resources at Covisint. With a strong foundation in talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee engagement, Mary has demonstrated leadership at Compuware Corporation and KFOR, enhancing recruitment strategies and HR initiatives.
