Shanoop Padmanabhan

Shanoop Padmanabhan is an accomplished software engineering manager with extensive experience in autonomous vehicle perception and machine learning infrastructure, currently employed at Continental since March 2019. Previous positions include roles as a senior engineer and field engineer at Cyngn, where Shanoop led the integration and validation of autonomous vehicles, and as a research associate at BMW Future Mobility Lab, contributing to the development of data logging systems. Shanoop also has a strong foundation in plant automation and controls from Ford Motor Company, where leadership in maintenance engineering was demonstrated. Education includes a Master of Science from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Technology from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, along with specialized training in sensor fusion and deep learning from Udacity.
