Marlon Woudstra

Marlon Woudstra is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Continu. Prior to this, they served as the HR project manager at SGI Aviation from May 2012 to June 2013, where they were responsible for setting up and implementing HR policy for the international organization in the aviation industry. This included function profiles, salary structures, bonus schemes, appraisal cycles, recruitment, personnel manuals, competence management systems, development programs and the implementation of personnel systems.

From March 2010 to January 2019, Woudstra served as the Director of HR&D at mtenv. In this role, they were responsible for the further development of the organization, both internally and externally. Marlon set up strategic policy, worked on its implementation and was responsible for its execution. Woudstra was also 'partner in business', meaning that they contributed to the organization's strategy and was responsible for initiating and executing instruments and programs in the areas of change management, business development and human development.

Marlon Woudstra has a field in Bedrijfskunde (FMA) from Nyenrode Business University and a field in Heao communicatie from Hogeschool Inholland / Inholland University of Applied Sciences. Marlon also has a VWO from Blaise Pascal college.

They are on a team with Desiree van Breenen - Chief Compliance Officer, Wilco Crone - Director, Key Accounts, and Ramses Peppinck - Chief Commercial Officer. Marlon Woudstra reports to Jeroen de Bruijn, CEO.
