Jannae Vannberg, Executive Director of Adoption & Change Management and Project Management Office, has a unique insight into the customer experience. Drawing from years in Continuant's Customer Success Center, Jannae has a profound understanding of each customer’s unique requirements. She is dedicated to making sure their customers have what they need when they need it. This aspect, combined with implementing ITIL best practices, is the driving force behind building ACM for every Continuant customer relationship.
