Debbie Micallef

Debbie Micallef has a diverse work history in the healthcare industry. Debbie started their career at Cogent Healthcare in 2000 as the National Service Center Director. After seven years, they joined Humana/Metcare in 2007, initially working as the Manager of Provider Data Validation and then moving on to the role of Medicare Risk Adjustment Manager from 2014-2014. In 2015, Debbie joined Transcend PHM as the Director of Medicare Risk Adjustment. Most recently, in 2018, they started working at Conviva Care Solutions as the Regional Director of Medicare Risk Adjustment.

Debbie Micallef received their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
