Marc Cohen, MBA, ΔΜΔ

Marc Cohen, MBA, ΔΜΔ has a diverse work experience in the field of technical operations and network operations. Marc started their career at Standard & Poor's MMC as an NT Administrator from 1997 to 1999. Marc then joined Bertelsmann as an NT Admin from 2000 to 2005. In 2000, they also began working at Random House as a Manager, LAN Services, where they managed a team of five employees and assisted in the construction of a 10,000sq ft. facility.

In 2006, Marc joined mindSHIFT, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ricoh USA, Inc., where they held multiple roles. Initially, they served as the Director of Client Services, responsible for hosting project management and account management activities. Marc was also the escalation point for account and project management team members. Later, they became the Director of Network Operations, overseeing all areas of network operations and managing a team of 45 engineers across three locations.

In 2019, Marc joined Continuity Centers as the Chief Information Officer, leading the technical operations and serving as the director. Marc also took on the role of Director of Technical Operations at wekos, llc, during the same period.

Throughout their career, Marc has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in network operations, technical operations, and project management.

Marc Cohen, MBA, ΔΜΔ, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Information Systems Management from Dowling College, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Dowling College, attending from 1994 to 1995. Marc also has an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration, which they earned from Suffolk County Community College, where they studied from 1992 to 1994.

In addition to their formal education, Marc has obtained several certifications. In May 2020, they completed the "Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Engineers" and "Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Sales" certifications from ConnectWise. Marc also completed the "SnagIt2020 - Techniques for Technical Documentation" certification from TechSmith Corporation in the same month. Furthermore, in December 2022, they obtained the "Auvik Certified Professional" certification from Auvik Networks Inc.
