Dennis de Smidt

Dennis de Smidt has had a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Dennis most recently served as the VP Operations Europe at Continuum Global Solutions starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Operations Europe at the same company from February 2019 to September 2022. Before joining Continuum Global Solutions, Dennis worked at Conduent as an Account Leader / Country Leader from February 2017 to January 2019, and briefly as the Managing Director in Suriname in January 2017. Dennis also held the role of Managing Director in Suriname at Xerox Customer Care Services from November 2014 to December 2016. In 2014, they were the Business Line Manager Customer Service at Telfort / KPN from April to October, and prior to that, they were the Manager of Customer Operations at Telfort from January 2012 to March 2014. Earlier in their career, Dennis worked at XS4ALL Internet as the Head of Customer Service Department from April 2007 to December 2011, and as a Manager from April 2004 to March 2007. Dennis started their professional journey as a Consultant at Flex Group Nederland B.V. in September 2000, where they worked until February 2004.

Dennis de Smidt began their education journey in 1992 at Delft University of Technology, where they pursued a degree in Aerospace Engineering. Dennis successfully completed their studies in 2000, earning an Msc in the field. In 2005, Dennis enrolled at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, focusing on Business Economics. The duration of their studies at this institution is not provided.

Additionally, Dennis obtained several certifications throughout their career. In December 2015, they acquired WFT Basis and WFT Consumptief Krediet certifications from CDFD / Ministerie van Financien. Furthermore, in October 2014, Dennis completed the Leadership Essentials program at Nijenrode Business University.
