Meagan Lewis, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience that spans across different roles and industries. In 2017, they worked as a Staffing Manager at Elwood Staffing Services, Inc., where they excelled in identifying and recruiting top talent by leveraging their network and utilizing social media strategies. Meagan successfully executed hiring plans and delivered against growth commitments, resulting in 35 new hires in critical roles. Additionally, Meagan marketed job opportunities directly to candidates, resulting in 100+ new hires.

From 2018 to 2022, Meagan served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Yachiyo Manufacturing of America, LLC. Meagan played a crucial role in preparing human resource presentations and reports, enhancing management's understanding of workforce trends and needs by 25%. Meagan Lewis, SHRM-CP, obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from South University, from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of West Georgia, from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Meagan has also obtained certifications in Bookkeeping from Ashworth College in February 2021 and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in December 2021.
