Stephanie Trinidad

Stephanie Trinidad has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Stephanie currently holds the position of Manager, Client Services at ContinuumCloud since August 2021. Before that, they served as a Lead Specialist, Client Services at the same company from April 2021 to August 2021.

From 2018 to 2021, Stephanie worked at DATIS HR Cloud, Inc as an HRIS Solution Specialist, where they contributed their expertise in managing HR systems.

Stephanie gained extensive experience in the field of HR systems during their tenure at Interstate Hotel & Resorts, Now part of Aimbridge Hospitality. From 2016 to 2018, they held the role of Corporate HR Systems Specialist, where they were responsible for resolving service tickets, serving as a subject matter expert, troubleshooting system processes, and identifying gaps in business processes.

Prior to that, Stephanie worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Crafted Hospitality, handling various HR functions such as compliance audits, recruitment administration, new hire onboarding, and benefit coordination. Stephanie also worked as a Human Resources Administrator (Temporary) at Ms. Foundation for Women, an Administrative Assistant at The Garden City Hotel, and an HR Intern at BR Guest.

Stephanie's career began as a Bank Teller at Ridgewood Savings Bank, where they gained valuable customer service experience.

Throughout their career, Stephanie Trinidad has consistently demonstrated their expertise in HR systems and administration, along with their dedication to supporting and enhancing HR processes within organizations.

Stephanie Trinidad pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from John Jay College (CUNY) from 2007 to 2011. Following this, they went on to acquire a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations from the New York Institute of Technology between 2012 and 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Stephanie obtained two additional certifications. In 2015, they became a Notary Public in New York, and in November 2020, they obtained the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association.
