Susan Thesing

Susan Thesing is currently the VP of Client Success at ContinuumCloud. Susan has over 6 years of experience in operations and customer success. Prior to joining ContinuumCloud, Susan was at Panogs LLC where they led an operational team in the production of Capturing Everest, a Virtual Reality (VR) film that ultimately won an Emmy award in the 360 VR | Outstanding Innovation category. Susan has also worked at NAVEX as the Vice President of Customer Success where they were responsible for executing GTM strategy, operational plan and customer journey initiatives. Susan is experienced in resource planning, budgeting, and team development and is passionate about providing an excellent customer experience.

Susan Thesing received their BA in Business Administration/Accounting from Hope College. Susan then studied Art Theirtory at the Austro-American Institute of Education in Vienna, Austria.
