John Costello has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. John most recently worked at CONTINUUS Pharmaceuticals as a Document Control Manager, where they were responsible for administering the company's MasterControl eQMS system. John designed, developed, and managed processes for controlled documentation and training using electronic systems. Prior to that, they worked at T2 Biosystems as a Quality Assurance Documentation Specialist, ensuring timely reviews and approvals for documentation relating to product development, FDA filings, and training requirements. John also played a role in maintaining the company's QMS and editing procedures and instructions. John also worked at Sekisui Diagnostics, LLC as an Administrative Services Coordinator and at Genzyme Diagnostics as a Senior Administrative Assistant and an Administrative Assistant. In these roles, they provided administrative support to various departments and worked on projects related to facility documentation and process improvement. Earlier in their career, John worked as a Flight Attendant for Northwest Airlines for nearly two decades.

John Costello, CQA, obtained a Certificate in Administrative Assistant from Millennium Training Institute in 2006, specializing in the Microsoft Office Suite and Windows. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Lewiston High School from 1978 to 1982, earning a Diploma with a focus on Business. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Intermediate Documents Essentials and Training Essentials from MasterControl in September 2021. John also holds the designation of Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) from ASQ - World Headquarters, which they achieved in June 2021.
