Priya Bharate

Priya Bharate has a diverse work experience in the field of chemistry and pharmaceuticals. Priya currently works as an Analytical Scientist I at CONTINUUS Pharmaceuticals since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Boston Analytical as an Analytical Chemist III from April 2021 to July 2022. Priya also worked at Rancho BioSciences as a Chemist-Data Curation from April 2020 to December 2020.

Priya Bharate pursued their Ph.D. at the Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces, where they worked as a PhD Student from November 2013 to November 2017. Before that, they gained research experience as a Jr. Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Pune from 2011 to June 2013.

Priya began their career as a Trainee Chemist at The Dow Chemical Company from August 2010 to November 2010. Overall, Priya Bharate has built a strong foundation in chemistry and analytical science through their various roles and experiences.

Priya Bharate earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Vidya Pratishthans Arts, Commerce & Science College in Pune in 2008. Priya went on to pursue a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Sir Parshurambhau College Pune, which they completed in 2011. Priya furthered their education by obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Biochemistry from Freie Universität Berlin between 2013 and 2017.
