As Vice President of Customer Service, Matthew J. (M.J.) Richards is responsible for overseeing the Getty Images’ customer care strategy and vision globally, as well as impacting the company’s customer satisfaction and insights capabilities.
In this role, M.J. leads advancements, innovations and operations delivered by the Service team, with the goal of providing differentiated support where and when customers need it and driving new and existing customer loyalty for the business.
Throughout his over 23‑year career at Getty Images, M.J. has held several leadership roles with the company, most recently as Vice President of Sales. During this time, MJ oversaw the Sales and Service teams in North America. M.J. has a wealth of experience across pre‑ and post‑sales support, inside and outside selling, digital care, call center leadership and operations, as well as leading high‑performing teams.
