Jon Kurtz

Jon Kurtz has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in HR analytics and management. Jon most recently worked at ContourGlobal as the Head of HR Workforce Systems. Prior to that, they held various roles at Apache Corporation, including HR Manager, Analytics, HR & Administration Manager, Senior Staff HR Analyst - Global HR, Senior Staff HR Analyst for the Kitimat LNG Project & Gulf Region, and HR Supervisor for the Permian Region. Before joining Apache Corporation, they worked at Trotter & Morton Group of Companies as the Human Resources Manager. Throughout their career, Jon has been responsible for leading HR projects, managing budgets, supporting organizational changes, and developing HR policies and procedures.

Jon Kurtz completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Brandon University from 1998 to 2002. In 2006, they obtained the CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) certification from the Province of Alberta, Canada. Later, in 2008, Jon pursued a Human Resources Management Certificate at the University of Calgary. Jon furthered their education by earning an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Royal Roads University between 2008 and 2010.
