Elizabeth A. Loud

Elizabeth A. Loud, SPHR, IPMA-SCP, serves as a Departmental Human Resources Analyst II for Contra Costa County Fire Protection District since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in human resources management. Previously, Elizabeth held the role of Lead Human Resources Analyst at Contra Costa County Human Resources Department from June 2019 to September 2021, and served as a Personnel Analyst and Associate Personnel Analyst at Yolo County Health and Human Services Agency from February 2015 to June 2019. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked as a Human Resources Supervisor at UPS from August 2003 to February 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Thomas Edison State University (2012-2014), a Master of Science in Administration of Justice and Security from University of Phoenix (2008-2010), and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from University of California, Davis (2000-2002).
