Jonathan Largent

Jonathan Largent is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in environmental and water resources engineering. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Contra Costa Water District since May 2018, Jonathan has held various positions within the organization, focusing on drinking water treatment and untreated water facilities. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Engineer and Engineer at the California Department of Toxic Substances Control, where Jonathan contributed to hazardous waste management and environmental restoration initiatives. Beginning a career as a Staff Engineer at SHN Engineers & Geologists, Inc., Jonathan worked on remediation and infrastructure projects. Jonathan Largent holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Environmental and Water Resources from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with an emphasis on Environmental Toxicology from Humboldt State University.
