Dag Stockstad

Dag Stockstad has extensive experience in the technology field, starting as a Praktikant at SizeIT in 2006 and EDB Business Partner in 2007, focusing on Unix/Linux shell scripting and database management. Dag advanced their career to roles at SLL IT, Amazon.com, and Amazon Web Services, gaining expertise in developer support and event management. Transitioning to data engineering roles at Intercom, Genomics Medicine Ireland, and Workhuman, Dag specialized in AWS DevOps engineering and building data lakes and warehouses. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Cloud Data Engineer at Metabolon, Inc., showcasing their diverse and skilled background.

Dag Stockstad attended Kärrtorps gymnasium for their secondary education. Dag then pursued a certification in Cisco/UNIX Networking from NTI-skolan in 2004. In 2005 to 2007, they studied Unix/Linux System Administration at Jensen Education. Lastly, in 2010, they focused on Database design at Luleå University of Technology. Additionally, they obtained the ITILv3 Foundation certification and achieved an elementary level of Spanish fluency through Duolingo in 2016.
