Mark Quady

Mark Quady is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in water resource planning and management. Currently serving as Planning Manager at Contra Costa Water District since February 2021, Mark previously held positions such as Water Engineering Manager for the City of Vallejo and Principal Engineer at SRT Consultants. Mark's earlier roles include Water Systems Engineer at Stanford University, Senior Project Manager at SRT Consultants, and Civil Engineer/Construction Manager for the City of Ventura, among others. Mark began an engineering career at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission and holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resources Engineering from Humboldt State University and an MBA in Sustainable Business and Decision Sciences from San Francisco State University.
