Bernard Boulad

Bernard Boulad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, logistics, and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Business Development Manager and Director of Proposals and Marketing at Contrack Watts, Inc. since October 2011, Bernard previously held key positions at GE Energy as a Strategic Accounts Manager for Industrial Solutions, where responsibilities included expanding the EV infrastructure business in the MEA region. Bernard's career also includes significant roles at Recon International and Contrack International, where expertise in procurement, logistics, and operations management was developed. Bernard earned an MBA in International Business from The George Washington University School of Business and a BA in Economics from Boston University.
