Emad Samir

Emad Samir is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in procurement and project management within the construction industry. Currently serving as the Mechanical Chief Procurement Engineer at Contrack Watts, Inc. since August 2022, Emad previously held the position of Mechanical Technical Manager at Orascom Abu Dhabi, where oversight of the Fujairah International Airport Expansion Program was a key responsibility. Emad's earlier roles included Senior Mechanical Site Engineer and Senior Mechanical Engineer, with a focus on significant projects such as the Egyptian Ministry of Defense project and Bardawl International Airport. Emad’s expertise extends to ensuring compliance with engineering standards, managing technical office operations, and providing technical support, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Helwan University and ongoing professional education through the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying.
