Brandon Young

Brandon Young is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate, property management, and sales. Currently serving as an Acquisition Agent at Contract Land Staff since September 2025, Brandon focuses on advancing public infrastructure projects through property rights acquisition and stakeholder engagement. As a Real Estate Broker with Keller Williams Realty, Inc. since July 2021, Brandon achieved over $5 million in closed volume and led brokerage sales in April 2023. Previous roles include Area Sales Manager at EXPANSIVE, where Brandon contributed to business generation and monthly sales targets, and Property Manager at Bell-Anderson & Associates, managing the largest HOA in Federal Way, WA. Additionally, as a Key Account Manager at Holland America Line, Brandon consistently exceeded revenue targets and secured significant multi-year contracts.
