Joe Haley

Joe Haley is an experienced Right of Way Project Manager with a strong background in managing acquisition and title teams for various energy projects. Since July 2014, Joe has been employed at Contract Land Staff, overseeing multiple projects. Prior roles include Right of Way Field Manager at Salem Land Services, Project Manager at Tablerock Land Services, and Project Manager at Wood Group Mustang, where significant pipeline and storage projects were managed. Additional experience includes Right of Way Project Manager roles at Land Ventures, LLC, and Texas Right of Way Associates, focusing on agent supervision for various energy companies. Joe Haley holds degrees from Reinhardt University and The University of Georgia.
