Jasper Walraevens

Jasper Walraevens began their work experience as a Logistic Responsible at Het Wijnhuis from February 2013 to August 2015. Jasper then worked as a Surf Coach at BoardX from May 2016 to November 2019. Following that, they joined EXEMPLIS as an Account Manager from February 2018 to November 2019, and also served as an IT Business Consultant from May 2018 to November 2019. From November 2019 to January 2023, Jasper worked as a Customer Success Manager at Lightspeed HQ. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Success at Contractify, starting from February 2023.

Jasper Walraevens has completed a degree in Hotelmanagement with a focus on Business Administration and Management at Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende. In 2013, they also obtained a Wine & Spirits Award from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. In 2015, Jasper received their Surf Instructor Level 1 certification from the International Surfing Association in the field of Sports and Exercise.

In addition to their educational background, Jasper has obtained several certifications. Jasper became a Contractify Certified Admin and a Contractify Certified User in February 2023. In February 2022, they completed the Customer Service: Call Control Strategies and Empathy for Customer Service Professionals courses provided by LinkedIn. In November 2018, Jasper obtained the SOPHOS Certificate Phish Threat and became a Sophos Certified Engineer through Sophos.
