Justin Holmes

Justin Holmes has extensive experience in construction management and project oversight, currently serving as Fab Shop/Facilities Manager and Estimator at Contractor Service & Fabrication, Inc. since May 2022. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of Project Manager at Jga Productions from April 2015 to May 2022, and served as Structural Steel Manager/Senior Project Manager at Tubal-Cain Holdings from January 2009 to November 2014. Justin holds an Associate's degree in Construction Management from San Jacinto College and an Associate's degree in Drafting/Design Engineering Technologies from Lamar Institute of Technology.
