Mohit Dhawan

Mohit Dhawan has a range of experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. From 2021 to the present, they have served as the VP of Global Engineering at Contrast Security, leading a team of 190 engineers and overseeing the launch of multiple new products.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2021, Dhawan was the SVP Engineering and Cloud at Komprise, where they successfully built and scaled a high-performing engineering team. Mohit grew the team from 7 engineers to 90 engineers and led the development and delivery of Komprise's Intelligent Data Management products.

From 2003 to 2015, Dhawan worked at Citrix in multiple senior leadership positions. Mohit led global enterprise engineering teams, managed global teams of developers and QA engineers, and was responsible for driving engineering efforts for various products, including Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop.

Throughout their career, Dhawan has demonstrated their ability to lead large teams, launch new products, and drive innovation in the technology industry.

Mohit Dhawan completed their BTech degree at the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi. Mohit later obtained an MBA from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 2007 to 2009.
