Phil Profili

Phil Profili is an experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer at Contrast Security since August 2018, previously holding roles as Senior Technical Support Engineer and Technical Account Manager at Micro Focus from February 2012 to August 2018. In the capacity of Technical Account Manager, Phil provided expert support for high-profile customers while also addressing complex issues as Level 3 Support Engineer. Prior to Micro Focus, Phil managed development and engineering teams as Software Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer at CPT International, and held software engineering roles at Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, Inc., and SEMA Group. Phil holds a BSc Honours degree in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Glasgow, earned between 1981 and 1985.
