Zoe Taylor-Jones

Zoe Taylor-Jones is an experienced legal and compliance professional currently serving as Group Head of Business Ethics and Regulatory Compliance at Serco since March 2019. Zoe has held various leadership roles within Serco, including Head of Ethics Compliance and Corporate Shared Service Lead and Interim Group Head of Ethics & Compliance. Prior to Serco, Zoe was Senior Legal Counsel in Nokia's Business Integrity Group, overseeing investigations and compliance due diligence. Additional experience includes serving as Compliance Investigation & Remediation Manager at GE Money Home Lending Ltd, Group Legal Counsel at SBM Offshore where regulatory compliance programs were implemented, and Cargo Claims and Litigation Lawyer at CMA CGM. Zoe holds multiple law degrees from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole and Université Côte d'Azur, specializing in transport law and corporate law.
