Chiara Martina Ottone

Chiara Martina Ottone has a diverse work experience across various industries. Chiara Martina began their career as a Sales Assistant at Arctic Shopping ehf in 2014 and then worked as a Travel Agent at Trip ehf. Later, they became the Sales and Service Manager at Trip ehf. In 2019, Chiara joined Align Technology as an Office Manager & HR Admin. Chiara Martina then transitioned to Controlant the same year, where they initially worked as a Customer Service Representative. Chiara Martina later became a Customer Success Manager and is currently serving as the Director of Customer Training at Controlant. Alongside their professional roles, Chiara also pursued freelance translation work at ideoLink from 2010 to 2014.

Chiara Martina Ottone earned a Laurea Magistrale LM in Cognitive Sciences and Decision-Making from Università degli Studi di Milano in 2013-2015. Prior to that, they completed a Laurea triennale in Language Mediation and Intercultural Communication from the same university in 2008-2011.
